New View Cohousing is legally structured as a condominium. There are two key documents:

• The Master Deed which creates the condominium ownership structure.
• The Condominium's Declaration of Trust which governs the condominium association.

In addition, both documents are available in the original MS Word format: Master Deed, Declaration of Trust.

If you are from a cohousing group in formation, please consider these documents as plastered with disclaimers: these documents worked OK for us in Acton, Massachusetts in the 1990s: they may not work for you in your location or at this time.
