Buying a unit at New View

How do I buy a unit at New View?
Every so often, a unit is put on the market. Owners can sell to whom they want, at any price agreeable to seller and buyer. The seller must notify New View of their intention to sell, and New View then has a 30-day "right of first refusal" period to find a buyer at a price agreeable to the seller. In practice, sellers usually work with New View to find a buyer. We will notify the people on our Inquiry List and may schedule an Open House or meal so that interested parties can visit and learn more about us. Available units will be listed on this website.

Is there a waiting list?
No. We do not have a ranked list of potential buyers. We do have an Inquiry List, which New View may use in the marketing of a unit. There is no fee associated with being on the Inquiry List.

What can I do when there are no units available?
Over the years, turnover in our neighborhood has been low, but in the meantime you can get to know us. Contact us about arranging a tour, attend a meal or a meeting. If it's appropriate for you, consider becoming a Associate Member. Be sure to put your name on the Inquiry List so that you can be notified when a unit is available for sale or rent.
