Visiting and Joining
We welcome people to join us in our community activities. There are many ways to participate!
Visitors can arrange a time for a tour by contacting us.
Guests are invited and sponsored by a member of the New View community. They may participate with their hosts in social events and meals. Guests may attend any open meeting with their host, but may be asked by the facilitator to participate only in certain parts of the meeting: for example, check-ins and check-outs.
Associate members are individuals and families who wish to participate in the community more actively than guests. Associates may use New View common areas and participate in meals and social activities without a host sponsor, and they may subscribe to the New View email discussion list. Associates do not engage in New View governance, decision-making and/or committee work.
Community members are non-resident households who participate fully in most aspects of New View, just as residents do, with the exception of matters pertaining to the condominium.
Resident members live on-site. Every so often a home is for sale or rent. To be notified when a unit is available, get on our inquiry list.
